In the event of a real defect or a lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively, at no cost to him, to a) repair the product or b) replace it or c) withdraw from the sale.
The consumer has the right to demand, free of charge, the correction or replacement of the product, within 24 hours of receipt of the product if:
• The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered or the wrong quantity or defective product or damaged packaging is delivered.
• If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, that it has not been used and is in its packaging in the condition it was received.
• In any case, the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (receipt of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging, and the store tags and product labels must not have been removed or damaged in any way .
• Returns are made with the postal company that we will indicate to you for our customers and at the expense of the store.
• The consumer contacts the store within 24 hours of receiving the product, on the phone +30 694 606 6882 or on the email [email protected], in order to point out the problem and to approve its return.
Exchanges are not made on half price items
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994.
